Built in 2025, Prisma is a private house with a jacuzzi near Medellín, in the mountains of San Félix. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies give couples, families and friends a place to spend time together. This is a modern home, not a glamping site or a large country estate.

How the price is calculated
- One night: base rate plus 150.000 COP. Available for Sunday through Thursday arrivals outside special dates. Friday and Saturday arrivals require at least 2 nights.
- 3 to 6 nights: 50.000 COP less than the base rate per night. For 2 nights, the base nightly rate applies.
- Midweek: 10% off eligible stays of 2 to 6 nights when none of the occupied nights is a Friday or Saturday. Dates must be selected to confirm eligibility.
- 7 nights or more: 15% off the base rate multiplied by the number of nights. The weekly and midweek discounts do not stack, and the 3 to 6 night reduction does not apply.
- Final totals: the booking calculator applies rounding to discounted stay totals. Cleaning is included; there is no extra cleaning fee.
- Booking: a 50% deposit is required. Confirm availability, the final quote and payment details directly with Nelson. A web estimate is not a confirmed reservation.

Is this glamping or a private house?
Prisma is an entire modern private house, not a tent, dome or glamping site. Your group has exclusive use of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two balconies and a private heated hot tub. The house accommodates up to 10 guests, including children; the hot tub seats 4 at a time.
How much is a stay for two guests?
The base rate is 450.000 COP per night for a 2 night stay, or 900.000 COP in total before any applicable midweek discount. This is the price for the entire house, not per person. Special dates require a separately confirmed quote.
Can I book just one night?
Yes, with arrival Sunday through Thursday outside special dates. A 150.000 COP supplement is added to the base rate. Friday and Saturday arrivals require at least 2 nights; Christmas and New Year require at least 3 nights.
Are cleaning and the romantic welcome included?
Cleaning is included, with no additional cleaning charge. Reservations for 2 guests staying 2 or more nights include welcome champagne and a romantic setup.
How do I confirm my booking?
Contact Nelson on WhatsApp to confirm the dates, final price and payment details. A 50% deposit is required to reserve. An online estimate does not hold your dates.
Is it a good base for paragliding in San Félix?
The paragliding launch sites are approximately 10 minutes from the house. Book flights directly with an operator and check weather conditions; paragliding is not included in your stay.
Can I work remotely from the house?
The house has fibre optic WiFi and a dedicated desk in the loft. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, plus Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room.
